Gdańsk, Poland - Heavenly Mother's Day Skype!

(Madre D. - Raquel said she would Skype us at 8 a.m.  We were up, dressed and pacing the floor by 7:45 a.m.!  So excited!  All week long we remarked "Can't wait to talk to her!" She wasn't a minute late!  In fact she was 2 minutes early!  When she appeared on the screen we immediately started to sing her Happy Birthday!  All were laughing, singing and crying at the same time!  We met sweet Siostra Young.  They sang a short hymn for us in Polish.  It was beautiful!  The kids had requested to talk to her alone so we decided on a five minute time limit!  It was nothing but goodness to talk and see her!  She was confident and happy!  She said, "I haven't been homesick yet - but that doesn't mean I don't miss you!"  I just wanted to sit there together as a family and bask in the moment forever - all of us together via technology was sufficient!  Oh how we love her!  Oh how she is happy!  Oh how she has grown! Oh how she loves Poland!  Oh how she has worked and struggled!  Oh how she is "doing it!"  OH HOW WE ALL FEEL BLESSED!  We all thought it was the quickest 75 minutes of our life!  Countdown to talk with her again at Christmas is ON!)

One hour, 10 minutes, 31 seconds TOO SHORT!
